coming to terms, then schedule A - 3-6 months, but i'd lay a bet that sharp might be able to get it through faster based on merit and moral fiber? , then news of more celebs. share reduction, structure blah blah blah,

BUT
in time, as it builds, unfurls and presents itself, we;ll know more.
