The cannabis sector, much like the alcohol sector, is very heavily regulated. There are multiple criminal and other background checks performed on a State and Federal level.

If there's a criminal record for fraud or any other crime, the person making the claim should be able to produce a case number, case name, conviction date, and a link to the Federal or State Court documents showing when, where, and what the conviction was for. That's part of the real Due Diligence process.

So far I have seen zero documentary proof from anyone. I believe I will never see real proof because its noise not fact.
