Excuse me but this is bull$hit. The press release on the PP closing says "four-month hold period expiring on July 27, 2019". This is one month from now. You are being caught lying again.

I doubt that even in a month any dump will happen. The big chunk of the PP shares was bought by the CEO. He has a huge position in the company already. What is the reason for him to wait 4 months? But he is not selling, even though you are saying that he is.
