And I would say that the same applies to those that hold a fiduciary responsibility to those they represent, and the lawyers that represent us as well

Not sure that all here even understand the possible ramifications about this appeal or how it could impact some involved in writing and approving this whole thing.

It's is pretty BOBVIOUS to me after reading her appeal, this has to have many people very concerned!
Over their reputation and possibly even sanctions.

But as I always say I am not a lawyer so only look at things from a logical stand point and a common sense approach..

Especially when one of those involved in this stip received a 2.4 mill $ bonus on top of his salary and allowed this to go down......

Especially since we see all of this now and in hind sight, since it was FOUND HIDDEN in a 10 and if not for DMDM we would have never even known it took place
