Now that we have summary dispatched that naked presumption, thus, embodied within that quote, let's address another matter. If I may assume that most on this board remember the pronouncement made in the letter to BIEL's shareholders, on JUNE 17, regarding when to expect a decision by the FDA. But, however, sometimes the capacity to remember with exactness alludes, so therefore may I recollect as a service via, the following: "we anticipate a decision to be made by the FDA within the next 1-2weeks.". Well that window will close next Monday, July 1st. It will be interesting to see what kind of rabbit they pull out their top hat on this one.
