There IS an S&L in my town. I live in greater Phoenix, and I've been to S&L Tempe. They're taking too long to post fins, that's my entire complaint. There's no excuse for this shit. That's all. I've read the bullshit, I know their story.
The people controlling THE SHARE PRICE OF AMFE STOCK need to pull their pants up and bring this to reality. Someone has screwed the pooch big time, and I'm not the only one calling them out on it.
Frankly, the S&L concept is not my thing. I don't care for board games and their food is largely unremarkable. Their beer is good, but these days everyone and their halfwit uncle has good craft beer for sale. I bought in for an investment, and these people are still failing to deliver ROI after TWO YEARS, having already posted TWO YEARS OF AUDITED FINANCIALS.
Because of their long-term failure to deliver ROI, I intend to flip this garbage when the PPS starts to show big swings. This is a cash vehicle as far as I'm concerned, nothing more. By the time this BGC fad is over, these doofuses will be left with an un-audited restaurant business. There's still no news about Gro3, other than an open PO, and board games are a nostalgic flash-in-the-pan according to analysts.
