The fake 'financials' are a lie, and everyone knows it. There are NO DEALS, NO VERIFIED SALES REVENUES, and certainly NO PROFITS despite Berman claiming them.

Berman dumped ALL his Common Shares last qtr, and is personally OWED $3 Million from ONCI!

Berman and his CONSTANT DILUTION have taken everything away from Common Shareholders and he transfers it into his and the Canouse Brothers' pocket!

Why defend this LOSER OF A CEO and his SCAM OF A COMPANY every day on every board?

PAID PUMP? There's NO WAY anyone believes all the lies, so there MUST be another reason...
