Where is the audited financials that Conway stated Cigawatt was working on March 1st?

Where is the 8-K stating that Cigawatt is part of LIBE - the 8-K announcing a press release is immaterial.

As usual you are backing Conway on one of his failed pumps.

Who cares about a public company that acquires 2 mom and Pops Vape shops - this was pretty funny and shows the desperation of Conway.
