I have been able to watch many of these ABS-Certs perform and distribute diligently on a monthly basis, ever since January 25th of 2018’ ... once the “Globic” Settlement requirements were completed on 12/31/2017, as 15(g) Reported In February of 2018’, and of course Judge Claster Approved In June of 2017’ ...
Our own WMI associated ABS-Cert and Capital Trust “Debentures” participation was purposely blocked and delayed ... (shameful) ... but the completion of the last creditors in full, back on 02/25/2019’ ... was a banner day for all of us ... (all of us that understand the process that we have been subjected to, that is) ...
... We’ll all be fine ... because the institutional investors always knew they would be fine ...
My earlier post this morning simplified the original foundational basics between WMI (oldco), To it’s reorganized present tense form WMIH (newco), ... if anyone has ever believed at any point in time that ... the Great and Valuable Washington Mutual Inc., ... actually reorganized with just enough cash and tax refunds to pay off its creditors, and instill a functioning new company with the Plan 7 allowed gifts from AAOC ($75 million in cash, and a $125 million dollar credit facility) ... that person was surely not up to this high risk / high reward investment ... along with their obvious disregard for the D.C. Litigation ...
