After reading your comment about Amex withdrawing their claim , I was shocked. So I decided to read the most recent dockets to confirm if this was accurate. The which it clearly states that the claim (docket 555) for attorney fees, etc (approx $128k) was dropped , not the initial claim for $22 million !!!!!
