I belive the delay is either there are no audited financials
or
There are audited financials that suck really bad or are false and Petar has so many eyes on hom now, the Windsor Star,RCMP,SEC,OSC that he cannot release them without handcuffs hitting his wrists.


This is just speculation but it is the simplest and obvious explanation.
