i'm brainstorming here trying to figure out what a delay like this can mean. This is what i have so far

1) it's a scam (unlikely since they make money)
2) there is an honest delay and petar isnt in control but sets dates like he thinks he is
3) there is a buyout offer on the table and they are holding everything until the BOD decides to accept or reject
4) ???

any input?
