mschere..corp...could Nok be stalling in the courts to scare competition from licencing with ITC, while they (NOK) continue selling product, to get a head start on sales??? As long as they continue to bogg down IDCC with other players they are running and gunning...and will settle later...probably at a cheaper price and will have mucho sales under their belt...just a thought
