My guess is that middle aged and senior citizens will rarely go to a S&L café to play.

College students will go along w/ the fad; until it's no longer cool, and move along to the next fad.

The parents of young kids will also tire of S&L cafes when they look at their credit card bills.

People will realize that it's more fun and less costly to play board games in the comfort and conveniences of their own home.
