The end of the year actually sounds about right if the records are in good shape. It generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to do a quarterly report and about 2 months for an audited K. They have 6 q's to do and 2 k's plus trying to catch up the 19's. I got one will be pleased of we are current by years end.
