What I am saying is that my understanding is that they hired the in house bookkeeper/accountant at least 6 months ago. Accordingly, the records should be in some semblance of order so they only need to be reviewed by the outside accountant and that should not take another 6 months in my opinion. We are not talking about a huge company here. I would have thought that filings should at least start to appear by July or August the latest. We have been in the computer age for record keeping for many years, not needing an abacus, fingers and toes to count on.
