LOL, agreed, it's what they claim to do. Mine Bitcoin, right?????

I believe there is a SEC regulations that states if a single entity maintains a 4% or 10%, I can't remember which, holding of a company's shares they must file with the SEC when they either buy or sell.

I am not 100% sure on this but I believe it to be true.

If so, and Genesis holds a large stake of Hive they would then have to file. It appears that there is some well timed "dumping" by someone but I have not seen a filing.

Anyone have any thoughts about this?
