I have not seen any studies showing interaction between SIGMAR1 signaling and CFTR or transmembrane flux of chloride

Thanks for your response, my thought is that if the S1R is able to correct

genetic mutations, that it might be able to catch this disease prior to

its getting a foothold in the patient. Certainly there has to be some

normal and some abnormal CFTR signal, otherwise I would think survival

would be impossible. Hope researchers consider this path.
