I follow Wddd. Which is also in litigation and expecting a ruling by the ptab at any time. Just recently it had a breakout from a symmetrical triangle. Lots of people say the same thing. That stocks in lawsuits don't follow the charts. I imagine this is mostly true. But Wddd did, and right on Que.
