If you buy and it goes up due to a pump, as you call it, all is good for the buyer. So what is there to be aware of other than the fact you might miss the opportunity to make some money. The be aware part should be to sell before every body else does after it goes up and settles at a new base line. Not rocket science. Not Perry Mason stuff as I read on the board here.
