Orix withdrawing means they have a different plan to recieve their pays do u know if they are currently holding shares with aegean ?? If they are maybe they would believe they could earn more from their share then filing the claim ... but there are many different possiblity to why they decided to withdraw from the claim

I have not gone thru the 100 pg proof of claims so im just assuming things
