behzadzorro not sure how Mercuria could consummate this BK deal with Aegean Marine and Melissanidis at the helm in Athem Greece. I believe the Greek courts have a say in this. All in all a very bizarre situation. Actually it looks like to me, the unsecured creditors were trying to seize Aegean Marine, to collet on their debt. The big losers here could be the unsecured debt holders.At this point Aegean could be ran privately. How the USA laws can be enforced in Greece I am not sure of. Which will put us sharehlders in Limbo. So now we wait for the rest of the story IMO
