This is surprising. That’s been set since Aug 2018. Haven’t any of you researched the current consolidated litigations at all? It’s completely central to an investment thesis in AMRN. Even more important than REDUCE-IT results. At the very least have you all examined why the key Lovaza patent was overturned?

And to PSea, it should not inspire confidence that they “won” the Markman hearing. The representative claim is still very straightforward to invalidate/show uninfringed by ANDA filers.
