The comments about patent settlement are not given enough attention as they relate to stock price. Many on the board seem to assume that we have a "patent fortress" that is unchallangable, but simply having a large number of patents does not mean that they will stand up to a challenge. My conversations with a Wall Street fund manager I spoke with, along with similar comments posted here, indicate that the patent overhang is a significant contributor to some funds not wanting to get into Amarin. If that overhang is removed, I expect a significant share price increase as more funds become willing to buy the stock.
