My opinion for 2019 is either there will be dilution or a buyout. One of these two will happen, IMO.

I'm convinced that Amarin wants to sell, but only at the right price. Yes, I'm aware that the BOD can only recommend and shareholder get to decide.

Once sNDA is approved, the owner of Vascepa must go on a massive advertising blitz. Should cost a ton.

Could they partner in EU and use a chunk of that upfront payment for the above? Ehhh I guess, but unlikely, IMO.

50% buyout / massive partnership in USA
40% dilution (annoying but not the end of thr world)
5% EU partnership
