Basic question would be: How did the insiders (management and BOD) acquire their shares? It sends one signal when the shares are given to them and an entirely different signal when they purchase them with their own money. Insiders may want to put some of their money where their mouth (or promises like $800 or was it $600 no now $400 million revenues) is. JMHO
