Yogi, we've been hearing about Validian's monetary problems for far longer than 1.5 years. We've also been hearing about its imminent demise, rinse-and-repeat, and failure to deliver. Nobody's been able to come up with a reasonable explanation as to why they haven't just failed or issued more shares, or reinvented themselves. It's one of the oddest phenomena in the history of investing.
