KC, putting a negative spin behind your lack of efforts to educate yourself on the stock or the market system cannot hide your agenda. If you own shares you certainly don't act like it.

Many quote sites cache their quotes. VTSIE can be found as $0.38, a totally false quote. Far from VTSI's current price of $0.05.

PS: No need to come back with a smartass reply about how 3.8c is no different then 5c. That would just confirm our suspicions of you.
