That’s the point. We know that. Bob is not doing his shareholders justice.



I don't believe most companies announce when they are removed from an index. I don't think they have a duty to do so (legally, SEC-wise). It is published for all to see by the index itself. So I don't think he's breaking any rules, written or unwritten.

Just my opinion.
