But why tax loss sell in June?

Simple ... relief.

How long does it have to be at no-bid to be considered no-bid? If you get one trade per yr, doesn't that make it bid?

Imagine the scenario some dreamer with a pile of losses in the stock holds on. The PPS goes to 0.0001. They try selling, and since they are at the bottom of the pile, can't. They complain to their broker who says it's too early. Can't be declared no-bid yet. Then frustrated, they go to a lawyer to get a no-bid verdict (that can be done-right?). Same result, minus a lawyer's fee. A decade later they still hold the crap totally frustrated. Finally the broker takes pity on em, and offers to buy the stock fur $1 so their client can book a loss. Relief!

Somehow I have the sensation I'm about to get a lesson on this topic. LOL

BTW - there's a dreamer on DDCC that still hasn't given up on the dream. Remarkable post. They just know the delisted stock, selling something that doesn't exist, will pull em out of the fire somehow.

From my dance card...

ZN is getting very close to R/S time. Gotta happen by mid Jul else it gets tossed from the NAS. Then they have a 2nd NAS notice they have to address by Dec. In the background is the continuing open SEC formal investigation. Also rumored are legal wanglings in a class action lawsuit. Anyone with the resources care to scan for such things?

In PMCB ville yesterday we had a conspiracy. Big pharma hiring evil bashers (like me?) to post nasties, and probably putting pressure on the FDA to prevent their wonder drug (mythical IND pending for 8 yrs) from ever reaching the market. That seems to have died down today.
