Chris and John will each receive 2% for the sale of "any" subsidiary. The fact that they have already given up a large amount of stock options at this point in time, two years or so before Altria may or may not acquire the Nicotine sub makes me wonder if there isn't something going on with one or more of the other subs like the hemp and psychotropic ones. Perhaps a large suitor is already in the wings and an acquisition is closer than we think.
