PAIV didn't show up on the threshold lists at all, either. I am guessing that since it is a similiar situation that could be the reason. There are some sneaky things shorts do to hide their "cards", this cert recall should clear this up. If shorts haven't been forthcoming with their #'s up to this point, then it wont matter going forward. They can no longer hide their positions with fancy accounting, IMO.
