Good morning Tony.
I have no more information than you do and I am not saying that you are wrong but I find your estimate to be very conservative.
Actually, all of our estimates are our best guess we all can come up with, some just came out with a dream number whereas others made calculations and I am convinced that you used calculations to come to your price.
I am also sure you would, like the rest of us accept a higher pps at any time.
