I would expect a ruling no later than Thursday. That is if Mulholland does not file a motion to appeal. He's got til the end of the day today (Wednesday)
If he does not, i would expect by Friday we have the form 211 sponsorship. Monday Latest???

At this point, i'm not sure if Soli would PR these events or wait til they have all forms filled out and signed copies in hand ensuring the up-list before any said PR.

thoughts???

We know SOLI has been pretty tight lipped from the start.
