It depends on what stage we're in, right? Prior to approval, I think $40-60 is tenable to the market. After approval, I would think $55-75 would be a respectable offer. After >$1B in sales, if no BO has occurred by then, you are looking at a triple-digit stock price offer (assuming no further dilution, etc).
