I think know what's going on here. If you take a look at IIPR pretty similar pattern played out.

There was a shell of one company which was originally just any old real estate company. Then someone had a genius idea to use this companies shell as a legitimate company and make it into an REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust). Now this allows a 3rd party to own and rent/lease property to cannabis cultivators.

With Chris Plant heavily involved in real estate and with JAMN shell this could provide some heavy potential moving forward.
