This is in response to Saleen regarding the amended Form 10-12G filed on 05/08/19. I haven't seen any indication of a Form 211 filed with FINRA to apply for quotation on OTCQB, but I assume that would be the next step now that the SEC has completed their review of the Form 10-12G.
