That would be by proceeds of a special dividend or buyout.

Carter has controlling interest and cannot sell.

His selling or dumping alone wouldn't benefit him in any meaningful financial way.

There is NOT going to be a race to sell; unless, of course, the unfortunate occurs. (Payoff, bribe, corruption, etc.)

It's buyout, settlement, judgment, verdict or bust.

Those are our only feasible options, especially since on the grey market and no market makers.

We're all in it to win it, else one should sell now why still have an opportunity.

Buying is only going to get harder and harder and harder.
