The cost to each of the 13 would be chump change. Ok, they could buy up the 25% equally devided is even less of a cost to each. the remaning 40% they could buy would become avalable as the little guys slowly sell. The limited amount of shares vs the 13's desire to mitagate the coust of settlement/award would be there motavating fource. All good for the little guys.
