thank him (mark palmer btig) for the buying op this morning (PAYS downgrade to neutral)---------after trading in the multiple MILLIONS in the mid to high 12's, in the 11's and the 10's, he thinks PAYS has gone up a lot? Well, yeah. That is what happens with steady ACCUMULATION. And all of that ACCUMULATION is figuring the next leg up is coming. Mark is shaking the naive from the tree. Great buying op won't last long at all, however. PAYS is far too strong an investment. GLTA
