From what I can see is VIBI put the word out that they were going to authorize 2,500,000,000 more shares out on the market and that would lower the value of VIBI stock price! Well, they decided NOT to put them out which was in the best interest of VIBI shareholders and everyone else seems to think it's a good thing! Why don't you?
