Yes, I do agree that a buyout from better funded groups is the only way out. And BTW, I'm told there is at least one reputable company that wants to buy all three hospitals.

The problem is that Seamus has made it very clear that he has no intention of selling the hospital(s). So the only way to do that is to force a sale.

As far as I know (and I'm not a lawyer), the only way to do that is either forced bankruptcy by creditors or some type of indictment/judgment that Rennova is in fact committing fraud and/or other crimes or civil infractions which would therefore allow the company to be taken from Rennova and subsequently resold.

That's why I think the state government investigation is so critical to getting the hospital open.

I don't know what the outcome would be for the stockholders -- probably not favorable. But at this point, my only interest is about what's best for Fentress County and the citizenry of Tennessee.
