An investment from Guard Dog will require the raising of funds, and that will be done through equity financing rather than debt financing. In other words, Guard Dog will use its stock to raise capital to fund any investment.

They only have just under 300m shares to issue, also maybe another 300m shares that are unaccounted for but not sure if these can be issued yet.

If they are raising a few million dollars you do the maths on where the share price might end up!
