To possibly allay some fears regarding this price action today, it is not necessarily unexpected or a problem.

Can't help but throw in a little technical analysis here if at all possible to describe the price actions we're seeing today.

I mentioned in a previous post (#12528) the following:

Bullish patterns, measured moves, volume confirmations, channels, BIG breakout through .80 and bit of a "blowoff top" through .80 with the last 2 or 3 day with gap up opens and higher highs. Some pullback and consolidation shouldn't cause fear; it might be healthy.

Regarding the "blowoff top"...though we had pretty decent volume it wasn't overwhelmingly crazy volume. When you have gap-up running candles like we did during the previous few days, that can be a "blowoff" top which, for the short term, may be unsustainable. And that we did so through the "psychological triple digit mark" of $1.00 is probably not a coincidence.

To the extent that that move is not sustainable in the short term, one would expect a pullback and one, even on volume, is not too concerning. If you're a penny player entering in this thing at .80 and saw it rise **50%** to 1.20 in just a few days, you might take some profits. You might then get nervous when it pulled back in 15+% and panic a bit and oversell

IF you're a penny player...

However for you big picture guys (I'm with ya!!) you DO NOT WANT a run to 1.50, 1.75, 2.00 straight up as some are suggesting. It's NOT sustainable. You'll want a pullback...and might expect one...after the last few days.

There was decent consolidation and channels/sideways movement in bullish patterns up through, for example, .25-ish and .50-ish levels. The setup for the 50% breakout move through .80 was especially pretty. That being said, you might expect a pullback back down to even that .80 level. And even if it doesn't make it back down there, technically speaking, it would be nice to see some consolidation setting for a sustainable move up through $1.00 again.

Anyway, I hope this might explain some price action. I think it's likely from the "penny players" not big/smart money looking long term. Actually, these are the dips you want to buy!!

Just my 2 cents on the stock...actually, my cost average is less than 2 cents!! wink wink
