Why is it "utterly distasteful" for an unethical person to suffer consequences--even when the innocent is negatively effected? As I previously posed, is it utterly distasteful for a murderer to not suffer arrest because his innocent little children/wife would suffer?

NW, who knew the p5 report was bogus, single handedly legitimized the report, which in part caused investors to loose 95% on their investment. My position is that he should suffer due consequences adequate for the offence/behavior, even though innocent investors would be negatively and significantly effective.

You have assumed that because I did not mention the investors that I am unethical or uncaring or utterly distasteful. I am neither. Though I do feel for those investors as you do, NW and others who engaged in unethical acts, gaming the system for their benefit at the expense of others, must be held accountable and suffer consequences. If there are no accountability and no biting consequences, these behaviors will not stop.

I stand by my statement listed again below, though, in retrospect, I should have expressed more sympathy for innocent investors.

To wish for people who engaged in unethical behavior (that hurt others financially and likely resulted in deaths by preventing NWBO from getting the capital they needed to move forward at a faster clip) to suffer consequences is good and just and right! When people pay the price for their actions, innocent people ALWAYS get hurt...ALWAYS. In the long run, more people get hurt when people engage in unethical behavior and suffer little or no consequences. They become emboldened and start crossing more and more ethical lines until they destroy themselves and everyone, even the innocent, around them.

With your line of thinking, we could never confront wrong because of the innocent people who would suffer. Don't arrest the murderer/father 'cause his innocent little children/wife would suffer.

So I not only hope he goes belly up, I hope Linda Powers had a "legal" hand in making it happen!

Perhaps it is a case of reaping and sowing...or Poetic Justice in the making. Either way, bring it on!
