Apparently the plan combine CBD with NR2F6 has not panned out. This is why Landers was dispatched to Southeast Asia. The new plan now is to combine NR2F6 with ancient Asian remedies. Unfortunately Harry has been having trouble earning the trust of native traders and has not been able to procure any of the desired rhino horn or tiger penis as of yet.
