What is LPP1?

My take here is that UOIP holds the cards and would not have need to give in and sign an NDA that would keep info from shareholders for that long. This is about money so any acceptable resolution would involve a payout, and it would be hard to hide that from not only us, but also shareholders of the entities impacted.

There are different scales of NDA, and I could see that maybe each company would not want their specific share of the payment or something like that disclosed, but I just can't imagine a situation where we'd lose by winning.
