I've spoken to him on numerous occasions. He's a level headed, transparent guy Ah yes, the art of the con. I find American Greed a good show to watch to see how really convincing cons can be... so so sincere...I believe that Yazbeck falls in this group. If Yazbeck ONLY wanted to start a company to "do good" and was "naive"... why the heck did he buy a worthless Shell company and start selling shares right away..... Hell, most people don't know about shell companies and why they existed, how they are used.. (I certainly didn't before looking at all the scammers) So.. transparent and naive... are TWO things YAZBECK IS NOT. If he really wanted to start a LEGIT company, he could have done it without buying a shell... It's all about selling Shares so he can put money in his pocket and friends that he decides to "hire" to work for him.
