I have to agree. The optics are not favorable, however I did explain why the preferred options held by the CEO came into play. Fawad would be hurting himself if he ever decided to exercise those options.

Keep in mind that this is a nano cap stock with a market cap around $3 million. This is not meant for Bernie Sanders to create socialist policy. The fact is there is a compelling need for financing and guidance in growing this company. I'm ok with the arrangement if that leads to organic and inorganic growth.
