AMPG was in the .04s when Wayne was brought on. Warrants to purchase 3M shares at .03 doesn’t seem to be a bid deal to me.
It’s incentive, he was brought in for reasons and I’m sure it’s more than the recent acquisition news.
AMPG is doubling their sales with zero dilution and management is selfish?
